GMADA Urban Estate: Aerotropolis

The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is launching first urban estate. This would be the second urban estate for Mohali; the first was launched in Sector 76-80 almost a decade ago.
Nearly 4,000 residential plots of different sizes would be carved out in Aerotropolis which will be spread across 771.34 acres of land along both sides of 200-feet-wide road from Sector 66-66-A to Chhat village up to the National Highway-64 (Zirakpur to Patiala) in the vicinity of upcoming international airport here.
GMADA has proposed a rate of Rs 12,000 per square yard (PSY), which is also the reserve price for residential property in Mohali. This would mean that a 10 marla plot would cost Rs 30 lakh and a kanal Rs 60 lakh.
