The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) held the draw of lots for its two-bedroom housing scheme in Sector 51-A. The draw of lots was held for 144 flats in the general and the reserved categories at the auditorium of Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32. Sixteen flats have already been allotted under the assured allotment fetching a bid of nearly Rs 90 lakh.
The CHB had floated the self-financing housing scheme 2010 offering 160 flats for the general public at a price of Rs 50.65 lakh for the ground floor flat and Rs 47.39 lakh each for the first floor, second floor, and the third floor flat.
