To provide more efficient and convenient system to the public, the UT Estate Office has created a Public Facilitation Counter at the Ground Floor of its office.
Various functions of the Estate Office including auction of the Estate properties with maintenance of their record, transfer of property, permission to sell, permission to mortgage, issue of No Dues Certificates (NDC), conversion from lease hold to free hold, execution of Deed of Conveyances/Lease deeds, sanction of building plans, grant of DPC, grant of completion certificate etc. can be easily performed through the counter. Booklets and leaflets are also available at the counter, where details of the documents required for all purposes will be given
