Aerocity housing scheme — the allottees of five of the total seven categories of plots have been issued the Letters of Intent (LoIs) and have been asked to deposit 15 per cent of the allotment price within 30 days of the issuance of the LoI. While the LoIs for the plots measuring 500, 400, 300, 250 and 200 square yards have been issued till Wednesday, those for 150 and 125 square yards plots will be issued on March 18 and 21, respectively.
While issuing the LoIs, the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has asked the successful applicants to approach the Estate Office within 15 days, if they fail to receive the LoIs as GMADA will not be responsible for any kind of delay in delivering LoIs and the requisite amount has to be deposited within stipulated time period.
